Now accepting new clients
Therapy can be a courageous and meaningful step toward understanding yourself more deeply and creating lasting change. I offer a reflective, collaborative space where thoughts, feelings, and patterns in relationships can be explored with curiosity rather than judgment.
We often begin by looking at early life experiences and key relationships, sometimes using a genogram to help us understand the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. From there, we identify repeating cycles and work together to develop new, more helpful ways of responding.
My Approach
I am a UKCP-registered Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist and accredited Supervisor with over 25 years of clinical experience. Alongside private practice, I work in both a specialist NHS eating disorder service and an adult psychology service in London.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. I have experience working with a wide range of psychological and relational difficulties.
How I Work
I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy, depending on what best supports your goals and circumstances.
